Maximo Anywhere online-offline login issue -

i using maximo anywhere 7.5.2.0 - work execution app

the issue , online - offline login sometime getting failed. first time of app flashed in ipad, can able login in app both mode online , offline. after time cannot able login. got "the user name , password combination entered not valid" error correct credentials.

faced issue often.  kindly advice.

any appreciated. in advance

offline login requires have logged in user before. stores information in localstorage of application. if offline login seems breaking on ios, might known issue we've found , fixed ifix.

the first time login, must have server connection download data , validate username/password.

are using embedded worklight or standalone worklight server? should check server logs see if server running while you're trying login second user.

update: thing can think of here, worklight server failing respond initial wl.client.connect somehow. either it's slow, or maybe running out of heap space. when it's time try , wl.login our challenge handler, handshaking has failed..

  1. check heapsize of worklight server make sure it's large enough
  2. check connect timeout in our startup.js file being used wl.client.connect method, , bump way larger , see if fixes problem.
